RAFs is a company that is grounded on the fact that having a leader and a mutual purpose is not enough to warrant a successful future for any organization, be it non-profit or for-profit. We exist to make sure that our clients have empowered leaders and implement a strategic plan that embraces all goals, both short and long term.
Our focus is on leadership and your entire team. We believe a written plan is vital to ensuring that current and new leaders are informed and empowered in their role to carry the business forward.
