Notary Signing Agent Fees

Mobile service is based upon basic fees, plus a travel fee. There is a $25 cancellation fee.

Hours of Operations August - May 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm M-F & 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Saturday

Summer Hours of Operation June-July: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm M-Sat except Texas Cash Out M-F


 This is for a total of up to 2 signers

  • Loan Signing Fee (Single loan closing, Full Purchase, Loan Applications, Cash Deals, Reverse Mortgage)  - $ 125 (20 mile travel fee included $1.00 per mile after initial 20 miles) 
  • Printing E-Doc (up to 200 pages) - $20 and $.25 per after the initial 200 pages.
  • Cancellation fee - $30
  • Fax up to 15 pages - $20 and $.20 per page after initial 15 pages
  • Basic travel fee is $15 up to 20 miles and $.35 per mile after 20 miles.
  • Parking fees not included in Notary fee.
  • Texas Cash Out - $125 plus room fee of $100.00 Fri. No appointments after 3:00pm 
  • Additional Related Loan Closings (piggyback loan) - $35
  • Additional Unrelated Loan Closings - $50
  • Non-Closing - $75 travel fee included



Additional Signers - $25; per signer after first 2

What Documents Cannot Be Notarized:

Recordable documents may not be certified by a notary public. This includes certified copies of birth/death certificates, vehicle title histories, etc.; documents issued by a county official including certified copies of marriage licenses, divorce decrees, probated wills, judgments, birth/death certificates, etc.; documents issued by a city or local registrar including certified copies of birth/death certificates.
